These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Join-In Pro website, software, services, documentation, downloads, and related resources provided by d-bur Ltd., an Israeli company (Company Registration No. 514104553) (“d-bur,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, downloading Join-In Pro, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a license, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Join-In Pro or our website.
Join-In Pro is an accessibility platform designed to help people with communication, cognitive, motor, and sensory access needs participate more independently in everyday digital activities.
Join-In Pro provides accessible interfaces, customized workflows, communication tools, personalization features, and integration with supported third-party applications and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
Join-In Pro is assistive technology software. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic services.
You may use Join-In Pro only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using Join-In Pro on behalf of an organization, school, healthcare provider, or other institution, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable license agreement, d-bur grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Join-In Pro for your own personal, educational, clinical, or organizational purposes.
The software is licensed—not sold.
All ownership rights remain with d-bur and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, d-bur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Join-In Pro.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the twelve months preceding the claim.
